Tim Sykes Week in Review 3/10/14 – 3/14/14

It just so happens that my first post is going to be one of the most talked about events from Tim Sykes for 2014.

Week Highlight #1 -Tim Grittani makes $113k at Starbucks

Let me ask you. What’s your favorite Starbucks drink? Vanilla Chai Latte? Carmel Macchiato? Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino?

Apparently there’s a secret menu you can order off of. Next time you walk in to Starbucks, tell them you’d like to leave with $113,500 in your bank account.

Yes. That’s exactly what Tim Sykes #1 student, Tim Grittani, did this week, walking out of his local Starbucks with $113,500 in his bank account. While everyone around him sat drinking coffee and checking facebook, Tim Grittani was making a year’s salary in a day. You can see all of the amazing trade details here.

The next time you go to Starbucks to chill, think about what you could be doing instead.

Week Highlight #3 – Tim’s 20 Habits of the Rich and Successful

Tim put out a blog on the habits of the rich and successful. I won’t go into all of them, but here are the highlights.

44% of the rich wake up 3 hours before work; 3% of the poor do.
88% of the rich read 30 minutes or more each day; 2% of the poor do
65% of the rich watch 1 hour or less of TV a day; 24% of the poor do
74% of the rich teach good daily success habits to their children; 1% of the poor do
They [the rich] also get things done right away rather than putting them off. The rich are goal-oriented and like accomplishing things.

If you want to be rich like Tim Sykes, it takes hard work. These habits really are just common sense. Wake up early. Read. Don’t watch too much TV. Be proactive.

If you want to be Tim’s next top student, you need to dedicate the time to mastering the trade and learn from the guru’s.
